West Country English honey straight from the hive - unblended, unpasteurised. At Louisebees it's all about the bees. They kindly produce honey and wax for us. We make sure we look after them in return.
Chic Chak Falafel
Traditional falafel balls made from raw chickpeas and a combination of herbs and spices. Freshly fried to give a crispy texture on the outside and a moist center. Served with home made hummus and a chilli sauce, as well as three freshly cut salads.
Palette and Pasture
Our eight Ice Cream cows graze outside on lush pasture as much of the year as possible. They are milked once a day, and this provides with enough milk to make our Gelato style Ice Cream. It is our belief to look after our animals to the highest standards, let them graze outdoors, and most importantly, have a happy, healthy life. Because of this, our cows are super friendly!
Timmy’s Chillies
Timmy’s Chillies award winning Marmalades and Jellies are all made locally using fresh fruit, in a range of fruit flavours and heat strengths. Fabulous as an accompaniment to cheese, nice with a slice, use them as glazes and ingredients; even pop them in cocktails!
Tim will be there to offer tasters of all flavours from mild ‘BlimeyLimey©’ through to very hot ’TangerineScream©’. He will also be bringing his Summer special ’StrawBonnet©’ which is super with scones and cream or ice cream.
